GTD Hospitality has been delivering solutions to the hospitality industry since 1990. We have been involved in the opening of greenfield sites, improving bottom line performance across a diverse range of businesses, managing stand alone and multi unit sites, ownership of a regional Hotel and Guesthouse and ownership of a QSR food production business.

GTD Hospitality operated as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) for 10 years delivering nationally accredited qualifications from Certificate 2 to Advanced Diploma level with many national industry clients. We developed specific up-skilling solutions which included proprietary mobile learning strategies and deployments.

Since 2003 we have been involved in developing simple and easy to use training and operational solutions using assorted mobile devices and the cloud.

We understand the challenges facing hospitality operators today and have a proven track record in maximising the performance and profitability of staff and their venues. All our solutions are OPERATIONS based and designed for immediate implementation with follow up guaranteed.

8 month contract to open one of the largest Class A General Licence Hotels in Australia. Located in the western growth corridor of Melbourne. 100 room 4 star hotel, gaming, wagering, 3 food outlets, café, functions and conferencing facilities.

Develop and deliver a range of non accredited training to 150+ line staff and middle managers incorporating leadership, customer service and selling skills over a 3 year period.

Compass Group / Eurest
Delivery of accredited training from Certificate 2 to Diploma level over a number of years to 300+ Catering staff at various locations across Victoria. Developing short non accredited courses to meet OH&S compliance needs.

In conjunction with major Victorian TAFE, delivering Certificate 3 training and assessment to 400+ new staff over a 2 year period both on and off site. Delivering non accredited refresher training to 200 existing Food and Beverage staff across a number of outlets.
