We have been involved in the opening of greenfield sites, improving bottom line performance of venues, managing stand alone and multi unit sites, ownership of a regional Hotel and Guesthouse and food production business.
GTD successfully operated as a nationally accredited Training Organisation for 10 years delivering qualifications from Certificate 2 to Advanced Diploma levels across many industry clients. We have also developed many non accredited Learning and Development solutions incorporating some very unique e-learning and mobile learning strategies.
We use mainly contract staff that have years of operations and management expertise as well as the highest L&D credentials. The principal and owner of GTD Hospitality is Joe Pavlekovic
