CONDITIONS ( Hardware and content subscription ) 

HARDWARE

On receipt of full payment, the 10” Android tablet and accompanying stand are owned by the venue.

There is a 12 month warranty on the 10” Tablet from the date of purchase of the hardware.

Notify GTD Hospitality on 0419-350634 if any issues arise and we will follow up with manufacturer.

There is NO warranty applicable on the Tablet Stand.

REFUND POLICY (NO REFUND)

All hardware products are sold “as is”. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued.

SUBSCRIPTION

There is no sign up, administration fees or minimum length of term for subscription to GTD Hospitality content.

Subscription to receive GTD Hospitality daily content via cloud and wireless is month to month.
Commences when payment in full has been received.

Cost is $50 per month (incl GST) payable in advance at commencement of each 30 day subscription.                                                                          

EXIT SUBSCRIPTION:

Venue can exit the month to month subscription at any time they wish without incurring ANY costs.

Venue must give written notice via email at info@gtd.com.au no less than 48 hours before the completion of current subscription.

Once we have received email notification of your intention to exit the subscription, GTD Hospitality will cease any direct debit facility and will remove the LOCKED KIOSK mode on the 10” Android tablet to allow venue to use the hardware as they wish.

If NO notification has been received within the 48 hour period GTD Hospitality will continue the 
billing / charges for the next 30 day subscription.

CONTENT:

GTD Hospitality will develop and deliver the following content to the tablet via the cloud and venue wireless.

Daily broadcasts on to tablet of Hospitality Food and Beverage content including – Text, images, videos, graphics and quizzes. Content is generic in nature and is based on Level 2 food and beverage service staff and management.

We can develop venue specific (proprietary) content which is subject to negotiation and mutually agreed additional monthly fee.

GTD Hospitality can remotely track wireless connectivity and battery life to the tablet in any venue.
We will contact venue by phone or email if we see any issues arising from the above.
