WHY WE DEVELOPED THIS SOLUTION
The majority of hospitality staff in Australia are casuals and part timers. Some have formal training while many have minimal or no experience at all.
Employers find it time consuming and costly to deliver training and up skilling solutions. Most of it is ineffective as there is no follow up when it is completed. Also many staff forget or are not sure about how to perform their tasks properly and lose knowledge of the products they serve. That is why we developed SPOONFED.
